I loved working on this video for open water swimming organisation, Sure Swim Kernow. They offer open water swim coaching and guiding in the South West.

After seeing close up how much fun the group and its members had when they met up, I felt it was important to showcase not just the swimming and the stunning locations, but the smiles and positivity too! I wanted people to watch the video and think ‘I want to give that a try’.

I captured drone footage of two swim groups in the sea off Maenporth Beach near Falmouth and ground footage of them getting ready, heading into the water and coming back. I also grabbed some water shots too.

Everyone was delighted with how the video came out and we felt it really captured the essence of what this popular sea swimming group is all about!

Last summer Simon created a fantastic short promotional piece for my small open water swimming company, Sureswim Kernow.

He captured the essence of what we are about with both beautiful aerial and underwater shots of one of our coached sessions; showcasing the incredible environment operate in.

From start to finish Simon was a great communicator and attentive to my needs – instilling confidence with his obvious knowledge, experience and empathy to what Sureswim is.

The resulting film is short and succinct – yet with nothing left out and was efficiently completed in time for the start of our main season.
